Our company is a bit unusual. Since starting operations in 2008, we have worked exclusively by referral and without business cards or the website you’re on now. We have been profitable and we like to keep things simple. In the interest of taking on new clients, we feel it is important to set out some terms or expectations that will ensure you stay a client for what we hope is many years.
We are often asked if we serve the economy seat market and we do not feel that is a good fit for our expertise. We are one of only a handful of companies in the world that can do what we do. Like any value proposition that offers one a huge savings on a commodity, there is of course rules, restrictions that accompany such discount.
A DEAL IS A DEAL
We do not accept cancellations for any reason. All airline tickets are non- refundable but they can be used for one year from the date of issue but will be subject to any change fees the airlines, hotels or other service providers require.
There is no fee for us to secure new dates or make changes unless you cause an extraordinary drain on our time and resources.
Once you engage us and we deliver within the parameters agreed, we expect you to complete the business transaction. We understand visa’s get denied, appointments get cancelled, people get ill and all of these reasons are good reasons to cancel… but none of them are good reason for us to work for free (please refer to our retainer agreement).

Our parent company has an international reputation and just celebrated it’s 25th year in business. We are very easy to check out and because you were not referred to us by someone in the “family” of clients, we are a bit cautious in who we do business with. If you are a member of Government in your respective country, a well-established executive with tenure at your company or someone very established on LinkedIn, this should help soften the soil. We of course have many references but until we receive a small and symbolic retainer, we respectfully decline to share client’s names and ask them to give you time from their busy schedules.
No one wants to lose money and until we get to know each other, there has to be a degree of trust on both sides though there are ways to manage our risk. What we do takes approximately 35 to 40 man hours of work for each booking. We will start with a signed retainer agreement and a $500.00 per person retainer. After successfully issuing your actual plane tickets, we must receive proof of wire transfer the following business day. If you can’t determine that we are worthy of the risk, especially after references are rendered and our 25 years in business reputation, we will understand your need to steer your business elsewhere. For the extra-large contracts, we can handle the entire transaction through our Texas licensed attorney’s trust account (subject to the State of Texas regulations) and upon delivery of services, we will be paid by the trust account.
We would prefer to offer the packages as is and we don’t break them down. If you have a free hotel room to start with, that’s one thing, but otherwise, we only use the best of everything and have no interest in trying to save a few bucks. We sleep better knowing you do.
